Title: Enable admin toolbar in front page - Delta theme is hiding Menue in Device view

Please check for the Delta theme when I enabled the "Enable admin toolbar in front page" in the user settings and browsing the site on the mobile device, it hides the main menu. Please note that I am using Samsung c9 Pro device for testing.
Find 2 attached screenshots one with user settings enabled and one is disabled.

Yes may happen, Osclass will not do any special handling for that.
