Title: osclass v 8.2.1 Error

I hope this message finds you well. I am Hisham seddir, owner of the Souqalrahma website, which is based on the Osclass system.

I frequently encounter the problem of my site crashing completely, and sometimes I receive an error message similar to the one attached in the image.

  I ask for your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as the site downtime greatly affects the user experience and my work.

Hi, from my experience this is a HOSTING issue, your database connection is lost for some reason. Or overloaded.

You need to ask for support from your hoster about this and check also the logs at the time it happens.

Also you should enable Osclass DEBUG TO A LOG and check for errors in that log, especially when the issue happens.

Usually you might find in database logs (if you save them to log file) message like "mysql went down"
