Problems afert serwer installation

Hi,
After installation, the home page is all white. No template is loading. The problem concerns the installation on the hosting, locally everything is ok. What could be the reason?

I have a clue but still no solution. In F12 it shows me 11 errors. Cannot find files. It can't find them because it cuts off the "/" in the address path and everything blends together. how to fix it?
