If you disable all plugins and use default theme, no error should be generated.
You can also try to test different jQuery version (Settings > General) used with your theme.

what is jquery i have install that plugin but don't know about it

You have option to choose jquery library version: 1.x.x or 3.x.x, if you use theme that is outdated and has not been updated for years, it may require jquery version 1.x.x
