Hi! If site title too long, the "+ Add Plugin" button on the plugin settings become inactive and it is impossible to add a new plugin.

This can be checked for example with this site title:

You are partially right. Not every template supports a long site description. Since the site is multilingual, it would be correct for each language to create its own title and description of the site. For example, why would European users read the title and description of a site in Chinese that is intended for visitors from China?

I think it should be site name, not description
