error on clicking sitemap

When i am clicking an icon like item, category, sitemap, robot. It shows the dashboard page. Can you tell me what is the error?

Url looks properly.
Please test on osclass 3.8, 3.9, 4.x or 8.x, if it is ok, problem is not in plugin but your osclass version.
