In the backlinks tab do i put the backlinks that i made there? and in the reciprocal link is the link you exchange with other site right?

You are correct:
- backlinks are links you place on your website (probably reference to external webs)
- reciprocal link is link to website, that contains URL to your own web, so plugin can check, if your link still exists there.

It often happen that you exchange links with different people and they remove your link after you check it.
