Have you defined refion meta tags and added these tags in search page setting of plugin to meta tags pattern?

1. meta tags for city.

2. default page title change Ex- item post page

uselessness

1) who would define it i.e. for US (50k of cities). It's anyway going to have same pattern and no effect on seo
2) you can do it via translation files alteady
