The Location cannot update

We bought the seo all in one, when edit the location see attached, after entering the meta title, description
and click update, the field is blank, cannot save.

Categories is fine can update/save

but

Location cannot update, the information enter just go blank, cannot update/save, what's wrong? Please help............
