My experimental website, a traditional Chinese website in Taiwan,

is primarily for posting bicycle sales information.

But for some reason, Google can't find my website.

Best way is to check google search console, make sure sitemap exists and is added there, get some backlinks, some content and it should be it.

Have you typed
site:bike.nowyouon.com
and or
"bike.nowyouon.com" into any search ? if nothing, they tend to suggest submitting to them

Also ensure you have submitted site to search engines?

I have submitted to Google.
But Nothing can search in Google.

Bing and Yahoo can search my site.
