Flashmessage warning when a user "Publish a listing"

Hi

Today I'm playing with warnings on my site, and I was wondering if it's possible to activate flashmessage warning in Sigma theme, when user "Publish a listing"? Now warnings are shown with <ul id="error_list", but when a user is logging in, they get flashmessage warning, which looks much better then <ul id="error_list".

There is difference between form validation messages and osclass flash messages.
