items image not shown when user attach only show when admin add attach

user when they attach their items images not shown but when i attach as admin images will apear can any one help please

 picture show only if i upload as admin normal user when upload picture is not shown i rty change folder permision
 temp and 0    ths my link raylm7h.com/
