Title: Region and city selection help

Hi there, can you uys please help me on how to make the Region and city selection drop down when registering posting or serching.
Because the Country i will use script is North Macedonia and there are 2 type of languages there
Macedonian and Albanian, so 1 language in cyrilic and 1 in latin and the letters are not same so better would be to allow them select with dropdown box .

Please help me how to do it
