Title: Add new SMS Provider

Is it possible to add a Provider to the SMS Provider List?
Non of the current providers give me satisfied option to use their service for Indonesia.
I found a local Indonesian company with fair and cheap SMS prices.
How i can add them to the Plugin?

It require development to integrate new provider.
Cannot be added from backoffice.
