1. I bought the plugin today but couldn't use it because I do not really have to the SMS GATEWAYS available in plugin. I would like to use a local SMS GATEWAY mnotify.net. Can you help me with the integration?

2. Can SMS notifications be configured based on Osclass Pay user groups or something? The issue is Twillio is charging $0.063 USD per SMS. That is quite a lot of money if SMS notification needs to be sent to users especially FREE USERS for messages on their listing for example. Is there a way to get plugin to not send SMS notifications to FREE USERS? Free users are enjoying site for free and I have to pay 0.063USD for each SMS because someone wants to buy from them?
Please, let's do something about this.
