Title: How to Upgrade Plugin?

I purchased your spam plugin a long time ago and went to upgrade it via the osclass link but it sent me to a different url than mb-themes.com and when I tried to login I was told there was no account for that username or email address. How am I supposed to upgrade my plugins with you? Is there another url where this takes place? Please advise.
