Block All Ips Except those in My Region

Is there a way to use the ban rules to block all ip addresses in the world except for those in my area?  I know I could do it on my server but I was hoping to do it for a single area and single website.

You can create ban rules in osclass settings to block any IP mask, but you need to list them one by one.

Thanks for that. I decided to use my IP Deny Manager in cPanel for the domain in question.
