It puts javascript test here but I think better is to use captcha, i.e. Invisible recaptcha.

Any Instagram issue solving added here? I'm tired of spammers on my account page! I've heard of an application that deletes all the unwanted accounts and messages left on your page, leaving all the mutual followings untouched. Has anyone tried it already?   https://spamguardapp.com/
