Improve speed

Hello forum!

I am trying to improve the speed of my website.
In all the speed tests it indicates that this file takes a long time to load.

https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css

what is it for? Can it be removed? how?
