Search results problem

Hello, i got some problem with seaching..
For example i try search KI but nothing appear...
Look attach file to understand what i mean...
Please help me how to solve this...

Original osclass search will return results that fits whole words only.

For example, when i click category REAL ESTATE and its will show all result under REAL ESTATE.. But, its result appear with NEW first view...
I just want first view its will for PREMIUM ads or Follow Alphabet....

Such default sorting is (I think, chreck) available in backoffice manager plugin. Check and test on demo.
