Cant delete user and email activation not send

Hello, i had 2 problem

First, i cant delete user from admin panel?
i get this message

Code: [Select]
No users have been deleted
Second, when user register why their not receive email activation?

Please help me... thank you

It is not related to theme.
For mails setup your mail server.

I already solve this problem..
First i uninstall Avatar plugin because that problem come from that plugin.
Second, i setting mail server and all come back to normal...
