for SEO optimization Is it possible to do?
when moderating ads add manual input of links alias ,  for each language through the administration panel
which will persist in sitemap

This feature is in the plugin blogs but it only works in one language.

Link is generated from title that is best possible way

Yes, I agree with you, but he only makes a link if the title is in English, if the title is in Georgian, he does not make the right link for search engines

it generates such a friendly link in the sitemap file.
