How to add image at post item form

I thought this should be set by default but when I tried to post an item the image text was showing but no place to input the image. How do I set this please. Take a look at the attachment. The word pictures is showing, but no where to upload a picture

- you have disabled pictures on listings
- or you have osclass version lower than 3.3

My osclass version is 3.7.4.
I'll check the other option.
