Radius Search Plugin (map on search page) and Favorite Items Plugin (save listing button) are premium plugins not delivered

What I would like to come up with is the theme of these add-ons, but if it is not these add-ons, the feature will show itself :(

No idea what you mean. If you mean that theme should  not be customized for plugins, I do not see point there.
