I've checked theme settings severally but the problem still persist. I've tried a different theme and my latest listings appears on homepage..
In Stela I picked all locations nothing is showing..

If latest are not shown, you have restriction there that does not include them or you have disabled premium block on homepage.

Premium block is enabled. If there are restrictions why is it not affecting other themes??
