Title: Image Resizer before Upload

Hello,

I was trying a Plugin Image Re-sizer that resize photo before upload. I wasn't able to make it run in Stela Theme I guess the drag and drop is not present in the theme.
Does the Stela theme support drag and drop? If YES please can you help me implement it!

It require different jquery library than osclass I think and will not work on any from our themes as these are using osclass libraries

Any suggestion as the mobiles have a considered amount of size in the image so this way will decrease really the space!

Osclass already does it converting images to different formats
