Select category not working

When i click at Select category for new post ads, its not work...

i already backup with old file... now its to normal back... by the way, i still dont know what happen because i not edit a file.. mybe its problem come from WELCOME BOX PLUGIN

Clicking on any category or search on the title page throws a blank page - no ads found. This is obviously some bug, and the picture is also included.
Click on any ads to open and everything is fine. :(
