This plugin wasn't working in veronika and in epsilon neither. There is no same hook name used and I bought it also from other developers before.... Same code in all scripts ( copy paste ) and doesn't work. Only in fresh install... Child theme...I was never able to solve this although it is a nice plugin..

Depends what you have linked on posted_item hook.
For example if you have osclass pay that redirects into promotions page, and is exectued sooner, you will never get success publish box.
All depends if there are other plugins redirecting on posted_item hook

Disable all plugins and identify one that cause redirect to be non-functional.
