Social bookmarks on item page shows up twice

I want to use the plugin that comes with Tatiana theme to show social bookmarks on item page but it shows 2 times the bookmarks.
I am not able to find it. Please help......

Looks like it is showing using hook, as well as you've added it manually to item.php (or it's there already).
Check item.php
