Translate "Inside the uploaded images block, Drag thumbnails to reorder images"

How can I translate the phrase from the title. I tried and can not find it anywhere.
I tried with Poedit ,  I check the Item.form.class.php  file , but I can not identify him to translate it
Can you help me please.

This string does not come from theme as osclass does not have reorder functionality by default.

Solved , this phrase is found in plugin Pre-resize Images.
