Title: limit cities in sidebar

How I can change the limit of cities and regions of the sidebar?
Currently it is showing me just 10, and I would like to show more.

There is no limit.
It shows only locations, that contains at least 1 listing.

to me is showing me a limit of 10 cities.

There are ads in more than 20 cities, but some not shown,

Can you give me link to region, that contains listings but is not shown in sidebar?
