I suppose you are talking about structured data.
These can be generated by plugin, theme or osclass.
If you are not using ratings/reviews, you proably not have anything to put there to avoid this notificaiton.

This is a very disappointing answer. The message is very clear about what Google is asking and it needs to be fixed by Osclass core developers. Due to this issue, I almost lost all my product snippets and my SEO was badly affected. This fix is critical. Please take the SEO part very seriously. Hope to hear from you a positive answer.

Understanding of SEO problems is your responsibility.
Internet is full of these and discussing same question over and over is simply waste of time.
