Title: How to change order of block in Sigma theme?

Sigma is fine, simple and clean. But I need the home page to show the category block first and the newest items below them as the second block (i.e. reverse the order). And as a nice-to-have, it would be nice to be able to edit the contact page, where there is only a form without any text for it (or at least hide this link).
Can you give me a tip on where to do this (I clearly have to dig into php, but it would be nice to know exactly where).

I would recommend go with display:flex and utilize "order" css property.
