I purchased a new theem from osclass market

Hi guys I just purchased a theme from osclass market.
and then tried to upload it into my osclass website.

and I got error,
and the errors was,

This page isn’t working  (my website link) is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

How to fix this error?

Enable PHP error logging to see what is issue on background.
Is your Osclass version compatible?

It is hosted in a2hosting I followed the recommendation in OSCLASS.
I will  talk to the server admin later.

The server admin turned on the zip in php error module.
so it is working now.
