Problem with creating new categories

Good morning
After a new installation i deleted the existed categories to create new ones. When i fill in the Name and the URL (for example: Used shoes / used-shoes) i get the error "Name and URL are required". But i gave Name and URL, why the script say, i filled out nothing?
OSclass 4.3.0 with Eva 1.2.1

I deleted he theme and installed it new, but no categories anymore, i mean the theme-based ones.

I do not know about any theme based categories so it's question for author of theme.
