Every day I receive spam, even if I activate the option to only publish if I am registered:

Block users and their IPs or use spam solution plugin to avoid spam registrations.

they don't do it with user, they do it remotely attacking the code ...

You have to add some recaptcha system and if it does not happen, it will not be published.

You are right, it was possible to submit new review without login, even login was required.
Please update to v1.1.2, now user must be logged in.

I hope they will update the Instant Messenger to avoid the spams from non-registered users.

This cannot be done for unregistered users, that means that anyone can use contact form...
