Just got this and it doesn't provide detailed information and is only plain text. The user's ratings do not load.

Imagine a seller wants to send their rating link to business customers and they open the link and see this page?

It should load popup.
Make sure you have no javascript errors on site

Yes, it shows a pop up when you click the link on the ad's page. But it shows the plain text when you click the link outside the page.
As mentioned earlier, when you share the user rating link with some one, and the person clicks the link? It shows that plan text.
