I have purchased your plug in but  the show user rating button is not working. I also have followed some suggestions on the forum but with no success. It seems all is fine except this function. What should I do to solve this problem?

There is problem that your contact page is modified and does not use original osclass files.
Following URL will load user rating:
/contact?urAjaxRequest=1&urAjaxRating=1&userId=12&userEmail=

however on your site it is redirected to livezilla or similar tool.


You can change source url for plugin in file:
/oc-content/plugins/user_rating/functions.php


change:
osc_contact_url
to:
osc_base_url
