[BUG] REMAINING CHARACTERS during posting

Hello Admin!
You are already tired from me :)

I am using two languages and it has come to my attention that chars are not subtracting for second language, the same is on demo site.
See attached file.
Need some updates in JS in item-post and item-edit ???

I saw new update comes up.
Does it cover this issue ? if so, could you please advise where I need to change/modify without upgrading a whole theme?
