You can modify what is shown on listing in loop-single.php located in theme folder.

There are 2 views (list/grid).
One you pasted here is from list view, you can duplicate it to grid view.

My english seems to be not very good

What i mean is in the details of ads on list view (pc) we are able to see the location country/region city and the user name but not in grid view also in mobile phone we dont see the location and user name weter its list or grid list view. is there a way to have the code to set the info to be viewable in mobile phone list and grid view?

Also i think that having detect the location of the user automatically and have it set in Search box field country région field when entering to the site would be very attractive.?
If you agree i would have you to take a look to a classifieds site locate to Montreal canada wich use this feature and calculate automatically the distance between you and the ad location wich is viewable in the ads detail.

Yes it's possible but you should rather look for developer, as it require bit of work to make it look nicely.
