What is the option to show ads on mobile these ZARA?
If there is the ability to customize the mobile view ...

You can customize everything as you have recieved all theme files, you just need to have skills to do it.

There is a specific location in the style to put your code in style.css ?

As far there is !important tag, you can place it anywhere.
