Active items link not working in dashboard (Myaccount)

Hello there!
i just noticed that under my account/dashboard. when I click on active items https://prnt.sc/l6cufh. the link is not working. I'm getting an error message. https://prnt.sc/l6ctng. can anyone tell me what is the issue?
