When i  post Ads 

example =  Real estae - Office and Commercial space  - i post this categories  6 Ads  But showing   only 3 Ads   

After i clean The Browser History  6 Ads Showing

what is the problem  ?

AFTER 3  OR 4 DAYS LATER AGAIN SAME PROBLEM  NEW ADS NOT SHOW

what is  cache plugin -   where this available  - after this plugin this  problem is solved ??

I am not able to help on this, theme does not have caching features. Try to uninstall all plugins and if situation does not change, communication it with your hosting provider.
