Does one have to have the Analytics ID in cookie settings or can I use it without - it gives an extra link which doesn't seem necessary. What is the purpose of this and how does analytics use this for tracking?

I didnt feel comfortable when you accept cookies "Got it"..page reloads? is it always like this....

Do I need to install Cookies Language plugin as well....
