How can this be translated into different languages ?? Or the theme of Veronica is designed only for one language?

This text is not multilanguage same as any string that is put from theme configuration.
If you want to make it able to translate, replace this parameter in footer.php with your string, add it to .po file and translate.

Veronik/languages/en_US, mo and po file.
But first you need to place that text to footer
