Can you kindly suggest best settings for cookies plugin.....

I didnt feel comfortable when you accept cookies "Got it". and page reloads? is it always like this ....

Do I need to install Cookies Language plugin as well....

You see "accept cookies" just in case your browser does not remember that. If you do it once, you should not do it for few weeks - months, depends how long osclass keeps cookies in browser.
I like Cookie Consent plugin for smarty that is for free and works without reload.
