Debg-mode on but I have changed the config.php

The message debug-mode in the top of my site is still showing and I have changed the config.php for define('OSC_DEBUG', false) ;

Somebody can help me?

Hello,
There is bug in 1.17 version.
Go to your header.php (theme folder).
Find:
OSC_DEBUG || OSC_DEBUG_DB || 1==1

replace with:
OSC_DEBUG || OSC_DEBUG_DB
