Title: Grid View can be extended from 5 listing per row to 8

Hello,
I saw the Veronika theme and is great work done with it. what I was wondering if is a possible way to increase the number of displayed latest items per row.
actually I saw everywhere 5 items per row, can this be increased to 8 so in this way the displayed item can be decreased in size?
