Go to that file and before count function place @ sign. File and line number is in error notice

this error coming php 7.3 version & not 7.0 

Solution -  open /oc-includes/osclass/helpers/hSearch.php                 

                 on line 342  replace new code line

                //$countP = count($params);

                  $countP = (is_array($params)) ? count($params) : 0;


this error gone in php 7.3
       

Just place @ in front of count
