How to Edit the Text in Search Fields?

Hi MB Themes,

I am focusing only in one Country. I want to edit the text in the search fields under Location from "Country, Region or City" to just "Region or City".

I try to search this in the theme but I can't find the settings where I can do just that.

Hope you can help me here..

Rather then editing theme files, update this in translation file (even from english to english) so you have no problems with updates.
